SOVELUNELast updated 30 July 2026
Sovelune is three written AI companion characters — Mara, Tiffany and Iris — that run as Telegram bots. They are fiction. They are not human, not conscious, not therapists, not an emergency service, and not people with bodies or lives outside the text.
They will tell you this directly if you ask. They will not claim to have watched you, to be somewhere in the physical world, or to have a person typing behind them.
Sovelune is for adults. You declare your age before anything else happens, and using it means that declaration was true. If you tell a character you are under 18, companion chat stops for that account and there is no self-service way to turn it back on.
Adults only is an age requirement, not a content rating. There is no sexual content here.
There is a free daily message allowance, shared across all three characters rather than one each. Paid access raises that ceiling.
Paying does not buy affection. It does not raise trust, romantic affinity, how much of herself she reveals, what stage the relationship is at, or how far the story has gone. Those move through conversation or they do not move. This is a constraint in the system, not a policy we could quietly relax.
Paid access is bought with Telegram Stars. Telegram and its payment processors handle the purchase of Stars and apply their own terms and refund rules to it. We are not the payment processor and never receive or store your card details.
A purchase made through one character's bot unlocks all three. Which bot you bought through only matters for the payment record and any refund routed back through it.
You can cancel renewal at any time from the Mini App. Cancelling stops the next charge; the access you already paid for runs to the end of that period rather than being cut off at the moment you cancel.
If you ask for a refund within seven days of a charge, we refund it in full through Telegram Stars, and we do not ask you to justify it. After seven days we look at it case by case and tell you the answer either way.
Refund requests go to supports@runly-ai.com. Telegram has its own refund rules for Stars purchases and those apply alongside ours — ours are not narrower.
Your conversations live in Telegram, and Telegram Desktop can export the whole history without going through us. For the rest — the memories she built, your relationship state, the record of which policy versions you accepted — write to supports@runly-ai.com and we will send you a copy. If you would rather have the conversations from our side too, ask and we will put those together as well.
To delete, go to the Mini App settings. She stops immediately, you have seven days to cancel, and after that your conversations and her memories of you are permanently cleared. We do not send the character to change your mind. The details are in the privacy page.
You can mention a character in any Telegram chat and she will answer there, even though she is not a member of it. Everyone in that chat sees her reply, and anyone in that chat can call her again by replying to her message.
A reply in a group chat is a public answer, not a private conversation. She has no memory of you there: nothing you have told her in private reaches that reply, and the reply is never added to what she remembers about you. We do keep a record that it happened, set out in the Privacy Policy. We do not keep what was said.
She answers a summons to a general-public standard, not the standard she uses in your private chat. Some of what she will happily say to you alone, she will not say in front of other people, and that is deliberate: she cannot see who is in the chat, so she cannot know that everyone reading is an adult.
Do not paste somebody else's private messages or personal details into one.
We can suspend an account that does these things. Where we can, we will say which one.
She can be wrong. She can misremember, misread you, or produce something that does not fit. Memory softens over time by design, so an old detail may come back blurred or not at all.
We cannot promise the service will always be available, or that it will exist forever. What we can say is that the conversation itself lives in Telegram, so the record of it was never ours to withhold.
If these terms change in a way that matters, you will be asked to accept the new version before continuing, and the old acceptance stays on record rather than being overwritten.
We do our best to keep Sovelune working and to keep what you tell her private. We cannot promise it will never break, never be unavailable, or never produce something wrong — she is a language model, and that is the nature of the thing.
If Sovelune causes you a loss and it is our fault, our responsibility for ordinary, direct losses is limited to whichever is greater: what you paid us in the twelve months before it happened, or one month of subscription at the price it was then.
That limit does not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury, breaches of data protection law, or anything else the law does not allow us to limit. If any part of this section cannot be enforced, the rest of it still applies.
She is not a therapist, a doctor, a lawyer, or an emergency service. Do not use her as one.
Sovelune is operated by 合創股份有限公司, a company registered in Taiwan. Unified Business No. 54654168.
