Sovelune is three AI companion characters that run as Telegram bots. Talking to them means telling them things, and this page is about what happens to those things. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

Sovelune is operated by 合創股份有限公司 (Unified Business No. 54654168), a company registered in Taiwan. That company decides what is collected and why, and is the party you are dealing with here.

What we store

WhatWhy
Your Telegram user IDIt is how we know which conversation is yours. We do not ask for your name, email or phone number.
The country or region you tell usSo that safety resources point somewhere real for you.
Which policy versions you accepted, and whenSo we can show what you agreed to rather than assert it.
Your messages and hersContinuity. A companion with no record of the conversation is a stranger every time.
Summaries and structured memories drawn from those messagesThis is the part that lets her bring back something specific weeks later.
Relationship stateHow far along the two of you are, kept per character.
Safety eventsCounts and metadata only. The text that triggered them is not copied into the event.
Technical metadata about model callsReliability and cost. No request headers, no credentials.

When you call her into a group chat

Mentioning a character in a Telegram chat sends her that one message. She does not receive the chat's history, she does not receive the list of who is in it, and she receives nothing further from that chat unless someone mentions her again or replies to her.

From a summons we keep: the Telegram user ID of whoever called her, a one-way hash of the chat ID rather than the chat itself, what kind of request it was, how our safety check classified it, and the time. The hash lets us count how often a conversation comes back without us holding a record of which conversation it is.

A group reply never draws on your private conversation with her. Nothing you have told her in private is available to that reply, and the reply is not written into her memory of you.

Because she cannot see who is in the chat, we cannot know whether everyone there is an adult. So summons are answered to a general-public standard regardless of who called her, and the sensitive material we do not keep in private chat we also do not keep here.

The three of them do not share it

Mara, Tiffany and Iris keep entirely separate memory. What you tell one is not available to another. That is enforced in the data model, not by asking them nicely.

Who else sees it

To let her answer, your messages are passed to service providers for real-time processing — text generation, speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and the cloud infrastructure the database runs on. Your information may be stored and processed in the United States and other countries, which may have data protection laws that differ from the ones where you live. Only what is needed for the reply goes to them: recent messages from that one relationship, the selected memories, and what you just typed.

We do not use your conversations to train our own models.

Our credentials for those providers are never written into messages, metadata or stored records.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your conversations in marketing; every screenshot we publish is staged with our own dialogue and labelled as such.

Your chat log

Your conversations are in Telegram. Telegram Desktop can export a full chat history on its own, without going through us — it is your messaging app, and that record was never dependent on our permission.

We hold more than the chat, though: the summaries and memories drawn from it, your relationship state, artifacts and time capsules, media transcripts, payment events, and which policy versions you accepted. Write to supports@runly-ai.com and we will send you a copy of that. You do not have to use Telegram's export first, and you do not have to give a reason.

If you want the conversations from our side as well, rather than from your own Telegram, ask for those too and we will put them together. It is your data either way; the only difference is how long it takes us.

Deleting it

You can leave whenever you want. Deletion is in the Mini App settings — not in the chat itself.

She stops immediately: no new messages, no scheduled check-ins, no attempt to keep you. There is then a seven-day window in which you can still cancel. After it passes, your conversations and everything she remembered about you are permanently cleared.

A minimal account record is kept after that — enough to stop the same account being recreated to dodge a block, and to reconcile payments. It contains none of your conversations and none of her memories.

That clearing covers everything we hold. The providers a message passes through on its way to an answer are a separate matter — we can tell you where it goes, but what each of them does afterwards is governed by their own terms, not ours.

We do not send the character to talk you out of leaving. That is written into the specification, which is the only place a promise like that means anything.

How long we keep things

What the two of you said stays. That is how she remembers you, and a companion that quietly forgets on a schedule would be a different product.

She holds it the way a person does, though: what you keep coming back to stays sharp, what you mentioned once fades. You can clear any of it yourself at any time, or delete the whole account.

Adults only

You must declare that you are 18 or older before anything else happens. We do not collect a birthday or any government ID — the declaration is the check.

Please don't send identity documents, medical records or financial details. She has no use for them, and we would rather not be holding them. Telling her how you are feeling is the product; sending her a scan of your passport is not.

If someone clearly states they are under 18, the account is blocked from companion chat. The response is plain and neutral: no character voice, no guilt, no romantic language, and no self-service way to undo it.

This is an age requirement, not a content rating. There is no sexual content on Sovelune.

If you are in crisis

If our system detects a strong self-harm or crisis signal, the character is taken out of the loop entirely. You get a plain response pointing to local emergency and crisis support and encouraging you to reach a person you trust. It does not diagnose, and it does not promise to always be there.

That exchange creates no memory, no relationship change, and no charge against your allowance.

Sovelune is not a therapist, not a crisis service, and not a substitute for one.

Payment

Paid access is purchased through Telegram Stars. Telegram and its payment processors handle the purchase; we receive the fact that a purchase happened and what it entitles you to. We never receive or store your card details.

Asking us something

If you want to know what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted, write to supports@runly-ai.com. A person reads that address — there is no ticketing system and no character in the loop.

We answer within seven days. If a request needs longer than that, we say so and why.

You do not need a reason. Your Telegram username is enough for us to find you, and it is the only thing we will ask for.

If you are not satisfied with how we handled it, you can raise it with the data protection authority where you live.
